Return Window
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Items received after this window will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
• To qualify for a return, the Yali phone and any accessories must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging and materials included.
• Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
How to Start a Return
• Contact Yali support with your order number and reason for return.
• Follow the instructions provided by customer service, which may include receiving a prepaid shipping label for eligible returns.[tidio]
• Securely pack the phone with all accessories and original packaging before shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
• If the return is due to a device defect or fulfillment error, Yali will cover return shipping costs.
• For all other returns (customer preference, wrong model ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Refund Policy
• After receiving and inspecting the return, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days
• If the returned item is found not to meet the eligibility criteria, Yali may deny the refund and ship the item back at the customer’s expense.
Exchanges
• If the product is defective or arrives damaged, a replacement will be shipped at no additional charge.
• To exchange for a different model or feature, start a return and place a new order after the refund is processed, as stock allows.
Exceptions & Final Sale Items
• Final sale, clearance, and customized devices are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Any digital or downloadable items included are non-refundable once delivered.
