Order Delays
If an order cannot be shipped within the promised window, customers will be notified promptly and given the option to accept a new shipment date or cancel for a full refund, as required by law.
Damages and Lost Packages
If your shipment arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact Yali support within 48 hours of delivery for instructions on claims or reshipment.
Yali will work with the carrier to resolve lost or damaged packages, but is not liable for issues caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
